Matt Thompson,
Chief Executive Officer, CoFounder


With more than twenty-five years of experience in software business solutions, Matt has successfully founded five companies. In 2002 Matt founded ClienTracs, Inc. a developer of sales automation technology for the banking industry. In 1999 Matt launched LockBox Communications providing secure document delivery and storage for financial institutions, which was acquired by SunGard Asset Management Systems. After the acquisition, he became Sr. Vice President and General Manager over SunGard AMS eServices where they built an award winning High Net Worth Portal.

Prior to LockBox Communications, Matt founded Pipeline Communications, which became the market leader for online customer registration and marketing for the computer and software industry. Pipeline Communications' software increased the customer registration rates for the 'high tech' industry from around 10% to an average of 63%, which dramatically increased the total number of customers for each software and hardware manufacturer. Currently there are over five million online customer registrations per month.

In the early 90's, Matt founded SofNet and pioneered the delivery of computer desktop faxing with Faxworks.

Jeff Jenkins,
President, CoFounder

Jeff brings more than twenty-five years of experience to Speed to Win, Inc in sales and marketing leadership selling enterprise software in a variety of industries. Prior to Speed to Win, Jeff served as President of ClienTracs, a sales automation technology designed for the Banking industry. Prior to ClienTracs, Jeff served as an Executive Vice President at PTC, a Boston-based developer of software, managing its Strategic Alliances Organization. During his nine-year career at PTC, Jeff was responsible for selling Product Lifecycle Management solutions to companies that looked to capture shareholder value through their focus on product development. Jeff's most recent assignment included building an alliance organization focused on driving incremental revenue through large system integrators like IBM, PwC, Hewlett Packard, Accenture and others. Prior to building the Strategic Alliance Organization, Jeff was VP of Sales for PTC's Government Division responsible for selling and implementing Engineering solutions across all lines of the United States Government.

Before joining PTC, Jeff spent eight years at Wallace Computer Services (now Moore/Wallace) where he held various positions in the sales organization throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States.

Martha Head,
Chief Financial Officer

Martha brings twenty years of experience in accounting and finance to ClienTracs. She began her career in the audit practice of the international accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche (formerly Deloitte Haskins & Sells) and worked in public accounting for more than five years. Martha left public accounting to join General Mills in corporate accounting for General Mills Restaurants. While at General Mills, she was the primary corporate liaison of The Olive Garden, a billion dollar corporation. Her duties included cash management, budget preparation, financial analysis and providing SEC and tax reporting information to corporate. Martha has spent the last ten years working with entrepreneurial technology companies. She left General Mills to join Pipeline Communications as the Chief Financial Officer in the company's first full year of business. Pipeline Communications became the market leader in online customer registration and was sold to IntelliQuest Communications, a publicly traded company.

Martha has spent her time since Pipeline providing financial consulting services to start-up companies in the technology industry, including serving as their interim Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, she prepared financial proformas for business plans used to obtain capital funding, assisted CEOs in presentations to potential investors, worked with legal counsel to set up capital structure, implemented accounting and human resource functions, worked with external accounting firms for preparation of audited financial statements and assisted CEO in selection of a full-time CFO.

Martha is a CPA with a bachelors degree in accounting and a masters degree in business administration.

Chris Shanks,
Sr. Vice President of Operations

With more than twenty-five years of experience in the software industry, Chris has been a part of three start-up companies that went on to sell to publicly traded companies. From May 1999 thru February of 2008, Chris was employed by Yahoo! and held positions in management and quality assurance.

Prior to Yahoo!, Chris was Vice President of Client Services at Encompass, Inc. a startup software company that delivered the default end-user Internet experience for users of new PC's. Encompass was subsequently acquired by Yahoo in 1999.

Chris was also Vice President of Operations at Pipeline Communications, which became the market leader for online customer registration and marketing for the computer and software industry. Pipeline sold to IntelliQuest in 1996.

In the early 90's, Chris was the Product Manager for FaxWorks, a product offered by SofNet. This product was named the top Windows Fax product by PC Magazine in 1994 and one of the top 100 Windows Software Products by Windows Magazine in the same year.

Russell G. Stinnett,
President, Speed to Win, Franchise Systems

Mr. Stinnett has served as the President of Speed to Win, Franchise Systems since September 2007. From September, 2006 through July, 2007 he served as Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development for Velocity Sports Performance, LLC in Alpharetta, Georgia. Mr. Stinnett held numerous franchise sales and managerial positions in the hospitality division with Cendant Corporation, now know as Wyndham Worldwide, Inc. from February 1996 until September 2006, in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas.

Jeff M. Cranford,
Director of Product Development

Mr. Cranford has served as our Director of Operations since October of 2007. From August, 2004 through October, 2007, he served as Director of Implementation for ClienTracs, Inc. Atlanta, GA. Before his employment with ClienTracs, Inc., Mr. Cranford was Implementation Manager as Synavant, Inc. Alpharetta GA from June 1988 through May, 2004.

Tony Villani,
Director of Training

Tony started his education at Clemson University in South Carolina and attended graduate school at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. It was there that he received a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and graduated in the top of his class. His thesis was published by The European Journal of Applied Physiology and dealt with the benefits of exhaustive interval training. During this time, he interned with NHL's Washington Capitals and was set to help the Washington Wizards prior the NBA lockout. From Washington, D.C. Tony moved to Orlando, Florida and quickly obtained a job helping the Head Strength Coach of the Orlando Magic for a basketball season. From there, his experience led him to Boca Raton, Florida where he become the Director of Human Performance at Cris Carter's FAST Program. While at FAST he focused on sport specific speed, agility, and strength training. During the spring of 2002, Tony utilized his experiences and created XPE Sports.

Tony has helped grow the XPE professional client list from a mere four athletes to over 120. More importantly he has trained thousands of high school/college athletes and fitness enthusiasts with the same techniques the professionals trust. He has also developed and conducted sports camps for such NFL stars as Jamal Lewis, Hines Ward, Wayne Gandy, Deshae Townsend, and Jason Allen. Numerous other athletes have appeared at various XPE camps held each year. Camps have been completed in Atlanta, Orlando, Myrtle Beach (SC), South Florida, Northern California, Mississippi, and Alabama. In total, over 8000 young scholastic athletes have had a chance to train with their professional role models. These camps serve as a way to influence athletes in a positive manner on and off the field.


Tony's professional references before creating XPE included such athletes as: NFL Super Bowl Champion/ All-Pro/ Pro Bowl Jermaine Lewis, 2XWorld Series Champion/ Playoff MVP Craig Counsell, World Series MVP/ 2XAll-Star/ MLB manager Bucky Dent, and tennis superstar Ivan Lendl. Now, Tony has made XPE's references both numerous and unmatched.  He has trained well over 200 professional athletes in sports including but not limited to: football, baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball and fitness. He has been featured on ABC, ESPN, NFL Films, SKY Network (European Fox), Raycom Sports, CBS-Atlanta, and WPDE-Myrtle Beach and in USA Today, NFL Insider, USA Today Sports, The Sporting News, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Palm Beach Post, The Boca News, The Sun News, SCORE Atlanta, Atlanta Sports and Fitness, and the Princeton Review. His ability to train athletes to reach their fullest potential is unparalleled.



Mike Klinefelter ,
Director of Speed Development

Speed Development Coach Mike Klinefelter was brought in by Speed To Win in early 08, adding to STW's credentials over 25 years experience in the athletic club industry, sports, marketing, management, exorcise science, T & F, S & C, plyometrics, speed development, holder of state, regional & national titles.

In the 90's Mike moved in to coaching & training athletes in the track & field arena, sprinters, jumpers & relay teams at the national level, (USTAFA). He began the in depth study & research for the foundations of speed development, plyometrics. Methods that had been used to train athletes at the D1, elite & professional level. In 2002 he opened "The Sports Training Center & Speed School" bringing this unique style of training & methodology down to the high school level & younger athletes. Mike has been featured in MDJ, AJC, Northside news, Sports Illustrated, 100's of athletes now train annually under this concept at "The Speed School"

In 2005 Mike was offered a package as sprint coach for the KSU track team & track scholarship for his son, in 2006 the schools 1st year to compete at D1, his 4x400 team took 1st at the indoor conference championships. With over a decade of designing training protocols & curriculums for athletes, using a method of circuit training that fit the design of "The Speed Station", Mike trains athletes & teaches coaches the "Speed To Win" concept.
